2026 Q2 Meeting is scheduled for Monday 6/29/2026 at 4 PM. Meeting location will be the conference room of Semper Fi Property Management.
This is a friendly reminder that your “$161 POA Assessment” is due by the end of the business day on the 1st of each month. Semper Fi has made several payment methods available. You can pay using AppFolio through your bank, mail your payment, pay by check in person at the Semper Fi office, or drop your check at the Semper Fi drop box. All checks must be made out to “Harborview POA”. Per Harborview POA “By-Laws” (shown on page 64) your POA Assessment is deemed delinquent if not received at Semper Fi by the 15th of the month and your account will be charged a late fee of $20. Previously, the Semper Fi “Welcome Packet” stated that your account had until the 20th, but the Harborview POA “By-Laws” states the 15th. The delinquent date of the 15th will be enforced starting this month of June.
Harborview BOD
The BOD has contracted with a landscaper to install plants in the two islands on Safe Haven. As you know, there is no irrigation in the islands. The plants selected are drought resistant, but we will need assistance from residents in the watering of the plants until they are established. While there was money for the landscaping, there is no money to replace dead plants. Estimated start date is 2-3 weeks.
The property at the end of Investors Blvd. between Safe Haven and the bus yard has been sold. The land will be cleared, possibly starting within the next 30 days, and will be a neighborhood of 45 homes called Waterway Cove. We have been told the builder will be DR Horton and the homes will be similar in size to what we have in Harborview. The community will have 2 retention ponds, and a pool with amenity center near Waterline Drive.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce and welcome Donna Healy as the new Member at Large. Donna brings extensive experience in Property Owners Associations (POAs) and Human Resources, making her a valuable addition to the Board.
