This is a reminder of the upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting. Please review the information below and the enclosed documents.

Enclosed Documents:

1. 2026 Proxy Form
2. 2026 Voting Ballot

Instructions:

1. Complete and sign your Proxy Form.
   Please return it by March 23, 2026, following the instructions provided on the form.
2. Complete and sign your Voting Ballot.
   There are four (4) resolutions that will be presented for consideration and vote by the ownership. Please return the ballot along with your proxy.
3. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please return your proxy.
   A returned proxy counts toward the quorum required to conduct business. Without a quorum, the meeting cannot proceed and will need to be rescheduled.
4. Proxy designation:
   You may appoint anyone as your proxy; however, the designated proxy holder must be present at the meeting for the proxy to be counted. If you prefer, you may simply sign the proxy form and the Management Team will serve as your proxy.
